Dan White

Dan White is an executive coach who specializes in developing leaders. He works with clients to strengthen their ability to manage people, lead organizations, collaborate and innovate. He enables leaders to develop new behaviors and attitudes that align with organizational opportunities, constituents’ needs and personal values.

Dan serves as coach and facilitator to contribute to clients’ effectiveness.

  • As a coach, he works with individual leaders to assess their strengths, needs and barriers to development. He coaches them to fully leverage their unique talents to achieve greater effectiveness over the long term.
  • As a facilitator he works with groups to strengthen their focus, their dialogue and their ability to act in a coordinated fashion. He helps clients to develop several capabilities, enabling them to become more productive and innovative.
Prior to his role as a coach and organization development consultant, Dan served as Director of Organization and Executive Development at CitiGroup. There he implemented original approaches to leadership training and organization effectiveness, and championed two major culture change efforts that enabled rapid business growth.

As a consultant, he has worked with organizations such as: CitiGroup, JP MorganChase , Prudential, Goldman Sachs, Standard and Poors, Societe Generale, Dow Jones, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, Schering Plough, Siemens, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Regeneron, Lundbeck USA, R.R. Donnelley, The New York Times, Reuters, MTV, Parents magazine, Ladies Home Journal magazine, Columbia University, American Institute of Architects and the New York City schools. He teaches the Executive Coaching course in the NYU Masters program in Human Resources Management.
