As senior consultant with the Principal Financial Group, Dan led and implemented multiple large and small-scale training design projects for the corporation and for each of the company’s business units. Known for his outstanding learning design and facilitation skills, Dan served as the lead presenter of the company’s business simulations and business literacy efforts. Dan is the President of the Golden Circle Chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI).
