Krister Lowe
Krister Lowe, M.A. is an organizational consultant and founding principal of GHL Global Consulting, LLC. Mr. Lowe has over ten years of organizational experience and has lived and worked in the People's Republic of China, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Switzerland and the United States. He currently consults to a number of public and private organizations in the areas of organizational development and conflict resolution. In the area of organizational development, he has worked on a number of small and large-scale change projects with Pfizer Inc., Columbia University Business School, Union Carbide Corporation, Training Management Corporation, and Bellevue Hospital Center.
In the area of conflict resolution he has developed a wide-range of experience including working as a negotiation and mediation trainer for the United Nations; being a certified mediator in New York State where he has conducted mediations through the Local Circuit Courts; designing and delivering conflict resolution and peacebuilding programs for the New York City Public School System, the Middle East Institute at Columbia University and the New York City Police Department; conducting conflict resolution training for the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution and the Centre for International Conflict Resolution at Columbia University as well as conducting evaluation research for a large-scale reconciliation and peacebuilding program in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mr. Lowe currently holds a M.A. degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from the Department of Organization & Leadership at Columbia University in New York City where he is also currently pursing a doctoral degree. He currently resides in New York City.
