Hubbard is President and CEO of Hubbard & Hubbard, Inc., Petaluma, CA, an international organization and human performance-consulting corporation that specializes in organizational analysis, workforce diversity, instructional design and organizational development. He is the founder of the Hubbard Diversity Measurement and Productivity Institute and is also author of the groundbreaking book: "Measuring Diversity Results". Dr. Hubbard has two new books scheduled for release in 1999: "How to Calculate Diversity Return-on-Investment” and “Diversity Strategic Planning: Building a Measurable Framework for Diversity Performance".
