Antony G. Hacking
Antony G. Hacking, M.A., is an organizational consultant and founding principal of GHL Global Consulting, LLC, an organizational consulting firm specializing in conflict resolution, organizational diversity, team building and change management. He holds a Master of Arts in organizational psychology with specializations in conflict resolution and change management from Teachers College, Columbia University. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in social-organizational psychology at Columbia University with research interests relating to organizational innovation, diversity, team dynamics and leadership.
Mr. Hacking is a trained instructor of negotiation, conflict resolution, and mediation and teaches several courses at the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (ICCCR) at Teachers College, Columbia University.
He has designed and conducted workshops for thousands of business managers, clerical staff, technicians, doctors, allied healthcare workers, police officers, teachers and middle school students in areas of conflict resolution, diversity and teamwork. Some of his most recent clients include the United Nations, Columbia Business School, Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania, Bellevue Hospital, Wyckoff Hospital Medical Center, St. Mary's Hospital, Brookdale Hospital, Project Liberty, Consolidated Edison, the New York City Police Department, and Manhattan School District Six. In addition, Mr. Hacking is an experienced mediator who has facilitated the successful resolution of both corporate and community disputes.
Mr. Hacking has traveled broadly and currently lives in New York City with his family.
