Rafael Gonzalez Rafael Gonzalez has been a consultant for 20 years, consulting and training all over the United States and internationally. A popular keynote speaker, Rafael is well known for his dynamic presentations. Rafael's work abroad includes Strategic Planning, Executive Coaching and Development, Managing Change and other related consulting for clients in Latin America, Central America, the Caribbean, Australia, and Asia. Rafael has worked with an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies; including Levi Strauss & Co., Chevron, AT&T and Apple. A number of newspaper and broadcasting companies such as Tribune Co., Knight-Ridder, Co., and McClatchy Newspapers count themselves among his clients. Executive management development programs for USC, UC Santa Cruz, and Pepperdine have utilized experience and skill. Rafael is on the faculty and is Director of Diversity for Northwestern University's Newspaper Management Center. His programs there and at the Kellogg School of Business include Diverse Marketing, Teambuilding, Strategic Planning and other programs for Management Development. Rafael has also worked with hundreds of cities, school districts, universities, libraries, communities, and federal, state, and local governments.
