Morna Flood Consedine Morna Flood Consedine, Ph.D. The founder of Maracon & Associates International, Morna Flood Consedine is an experienced manager and educator in both the public and private sectors. She has 25 years of experience training and teaching at every post-secondary level from the Quebec CEGEP and University systems to the upper echelons of multinational corporations. Dr. Consedine specializes in negotiations and conflict resolution. She is particularly respected for her work in international negotiations and her understanding of the influence of culture on management practices. Morna is a faculty member at the McGill International Executive Institute in Montreal, and is also a Training Affiliate at the International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution (ICCCR) at Columbia University. She has worked in North America, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, Eastern and Southern Africa, and South Asia.
