Keir Carroll Keir Carroll has nearly fifteen years’ experience as a facilitator, trainer, training designer, and speaker, working with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, including universities, hospitals, insurance, high tech, financial, automotive, legal, air transport, and manufacturing firms. He is on the faculty of the prestigious Center for Creative Leadership, as well as the Center for Executive Development, and Rensselaer Learning Institute. He holds Masters degrees from Cambridge University and Boston University, and has taught at Boston University, Suffolk University, and Chapel Hill, where he was an English Speaking Union International Scholar.
